How to solve problems with a wireless mouse?

Wireless blue mouse

The mice without wires have been gaining popularity to become the standard pattern in many desktops. Some prefer the wireless mouse for the convenience it brings them have no visible wires on the desktop, but also because they are extremely useful peripherals for when using portable devices, especially with mouses.
Nevertheless, sometimes wireless products can present connectivity problems or some alterations in normal operation. If you are having problems with your wireless keyboard or mouse, here are some solutions.

Problems and solutions with the wireless mouse

The wireless mouses have a receiver (often USB type), which is the device that receives wireless signals you run your mouse. Sometimes, however, they may present some problem that does not work, such as those presented here.

1. THE MOUSE IS LOCKED. THE POINTER APPEARS ON THE SCREEN BUT DOES NOT MOVE.

In such cases, the first step is to check that the button "on" is on . It is usually seen at the bottom of the mouse. Although this may not work at the first time, you can restart the computer to see what the result is. If it still does not work, check that the batteries have not been used and that the USB receiver is connected properly.
If after realizing this, we find that it does not work, it is likely to have an internal fault, so it is advisable to take it to the manufacturer for repair.

2. DIRECTLY, THE POINTER DOES NOT APPEAR ON THE SCREEN, AND ALTHOUGH YOU MOVE THE MOUSE, THE ARROW DOES NOT EXIT.

At times, we may think that all problems with the wireless mouse come yes or yes from the peripheral and the receiver. But it does not necessarily have to be this way. It can also be due to a pointer settings on your operating system . We may be using a Windows theme that does not work or we have selected a pointer that does not look good on the wallpaper, or is directly invisible.
To fix this, we go to "Control Panel" and then enter "mouse" or "mouse" and set the arrow easier we can identify. Click on apply and then the correct pointer should come out.

3. THE MOUSE POINTER JUMPS FROM SIDE TO SIDE.

This occurs often by setting pointer speed . From the same control panel, we can indicate that it is slower so that we can direct it better.
The other reason this can happen is by moisture internally . If liquids have been spilled on the mouse or your hands are very sweaty, you will have to wait for the internal components to dry to restart. In many cases it is a matter of waiting a few minutes and restarting the computer, but if the problem persists, it can be opened to find out what the problem is.
What other problems have you encountered with your wireless mouse? Do you prefer the wireless mouse, or cable?
