We can see the problems with the transformer as well: connecting the adapter to a grounded outlet and verify that the light comes on properly and otherwise buy a new adapter .

Can you "fix" computer batteries?
The answer is yes, but faster and cheaper always buy a new battery and put it into the computer . There are many myths circulating on the Internet about "regeneration" battery subjecting them to extreme temperatures, but it is not advisable nor professional. A good battery should be combined with good use of it.
Changing the old battery of your laptop is not expensive and can be done manually (on some laptops you have to unscrew). The key is to know the brand name of the computer (Toshiba, Aser, HP, etc.) to be able to equip it with a new Lithium-ion.
